Setting the Account Type

Prerequisites

If the account type has not been specified, you can set it on the Basic Information page.

The account type cannot be changed once specified. The full name of an individual account or the enterprise name of an enterprise account can be changed if real-name authentication has not been completed for the account.

Setting Account Type

  1. Go to the Basic Information page.
  2. If the account type has not been specified, click Edit next to Enterprise Name.
  3. Set the account type.

    An account can be set as an individual or enterprise account. If your account is an individual account, you need to specify your full name. If your account is an enterprise account, you need to specify the name of your enterprise.

  4. Click OK.

Changing the Full Name or Enterprise Name

The full name of an individual account or the enterprise name of an enterprise account can be changed if real-name authentication has not been completed for the account.

Go to the Basic Information page.

  • Individual account: Click Edit next to Full Name and change the full name.
  • Enterprise account: Click Edit next to Enterprise Name and change the enterprise name.
