Can I Change the VPC or Subnet that My TaurusDB for PostgreSQL Instance Belongs To?

No, you cannot directly change the VPC or subnet on the TaurusDB for PostgreSQL console.

However, you can change the VPC or subnet by restoring a full backup to a new DB instance.
