Are My TaurusDB for PostgreSQL Instances Still Available During Storage Scale-up?

Currently, you can scale up storage space of a TaurusDB for PostgreSQL instance.

When storage space is being scaled up, TaurusDB for PostgreSQL instances are still available and workloads are not affected. However, you cannot delete or reboot instances that are being scaled.
