Querying Orders

You can view transaction details of your products in yearly/monthly and one-time billing modes.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Seller Console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Transaction Management > Orders.

  3. On the right of the page, click Advanced Search, set search criteria, and click Search to filter orders.

    You can search the transaction records to be viewed.

    You set the order creation time as a search criterion. You can set a maximum time range of 180 days if you select Custom to customize the time range.

  4. Locate a transaction record, and click Details in the Operation column to view details about a single transaction, including product and order details.
