Viewing Lifecycle Rules

If you have any questions during development, post them on the Issues page of GitHub. For details about parameters and usage of each API, see API Reference.

You can call ObsClient->getBucketLifecycle to view lifecycle rules of a bucket.

This example views the lifecycle configuration of bucket bucketname.

The sample code is as follows:
<?php

// Import the dependency library.
require 'vendor/autoload.php';
// Import the SDK code library during the installation with the source code.
// require 'obs-autoloader.php';
// Declare the namespace.
use Obs\ObsClient;
use Obs\ObsException;
// Create an ObsClient instance.
$obsClient = new ObsClient([
    // Obtain an AK/SK pair using environment variables (recommended) or import an AK/SK pair in other ways. Using hard coding may result in leakage.
    //Obtain an AK/SK pair on the management console. For details, see https://support.huaweicloud.com/intl/en-us/usermanual-ca/ca_01_0003.html.
    'key' => getenv('ACCESS_KEY_ID'),
    'secret' => getenv('SECRET_ACCESS_KEY'),
    'endpoint' => 'https://your-endpoint',

]);

try {
    // Configure a lifecycle rule for a bucket.
    $resp = $obsClient->setBucketLifecycle([
       'Bucket' => 'bucketname'
    ]);

    printf("RequestId:%s\n",$resp['RequestId']);
    if ($resp['StatusCode'] < 300) {
        foreach ($resp['Rules'] as $index => $rule) {
           printf("Rules[%d]\n", $index + 1);
           printf("ID:%s\n", $rule['ID']);
           printf("Prefix:%s\n", $rule['Prefix']);
           printf("Status:%s\n", $rule['Status']);
           foreach ($rule['Transitions'] as $i => $transition) {
               if (!empty($rule['Transitions'])) {
                   printf("[Transitions][$i][StorageClass]:%s\n", $transition['StorageClass']);
                   if (isset($transition['Date'])) {
                        printf("[Transitions][$i][Date]:%s\n", $transition['Date']);
                    }
                    if (isset($transition['Days'])) {
                        printf("[Transitions][$i][Days]:%s\n", $transition['Days']);
                    }
                }
            }
            if (isset($rule['Expiration']['Days'])) {
                printf("Expiration[Days]:%s\n", $rule['Expiration']['Days']);
            }
            if (isset($rule['Expiration']['Date'])) {
                printf("Expiration[Date]:%s\n", $rule['Expiration']['Date']);
            }
            foreach ($rule['NoncurrentVersionTransitions'] as $i => $noncurrentVersionTransition) {
                printf("[NoncurrentVersionTransitions][$i][NoncurrentDays]:%d,[NoncurrentVersionTransitions][$i][StorageClass]:%s\n", $noncurrentVersionTransition['NoncurrentDays'], $noncurrentVersionTransition['StorageClass']);
            }

            }
        }
    }
} catch (ObsException $e) {
    // If the operation fails, obtain the exception details.
    printf("SetBucketLifecycleFailed: Status:%d, Code:%s, Message:%s\n",
         $e->getStatusCode(), $e->getExceptionCode(), $e->getExceptionMessage());
} finally {
    // Close ObsClient to release resources.
    $obsClient->close();
}
