What Do I Do If a Black Screen Occurs During Video Playback?
A black screen may occur on:
- Local video
- Remote video
- Both local and remote videos
The possible causes are as follows:
- The local network is in poor condition or interrupted.
- If the network of one user is faulty, the video of this user cannot be displayed.
- The user disables the video.
If the problem persists, submit a service ticket for Huawei Cloud IT support.
