Changing the Load Balancer IP Address of a GeminiDB Redis Instance

Scenarios

You can change the load balancer IP address of a GeminiDB Redis instance.

Usage Notes

  • Changing the load balancer IP address will interrupt all client connections.
  • Redis Cluster GeminiDB Redis instances do not support this function.

Changing the Load Balancer IP Address

  1. Log in to the GeminiDB console.
  2. On the Instances page, click the target instance name.
  3. In the Connection Information area in the Basic Information area, click next to the load balancer address.

  4. Enter an unused IP address in the dialog box.

  5. Check the result in the Connection Information area on the Basic Information page.
