Activating a Service Purchased Offline

Prerequisites

You have purchased a service offline and logged in to the Huawei Qiankun console.

Context

After purchasing a service of Huawei Qiankun offline (for example, through an MSP), you can log in to the Huawei Qiankun console but cannot use the service.

The service is available only after the offline order is activated on the console.

Procedure

  1. On the Huawei Qiankun console, click your account in the upper right corner, and choose Order Center > My Packages.
  2. Activate an offline order by SN.

    • Activating a service by SN

      This method applies to the Border Protection and Response Service.

      1. Click Activate Service and select Activate by SN. In the Activate Service dialog box, enter the device SN and click Activate.

      2. In the Activate Service dialog box, click Add Entitlement ID, and add the service entitlement ID to be activated. You can add multiple entitlement IDs.

      3. Confirm the information and click Activate to activate the service.

Follow-up Procedure

  • To view information about activated service packages, click your account in the upper right corner, and choose Order Center > My Packages to view the package name, remaining and total package resources, package status, and other information.
    You can search for packages by package name, product name, and package state.

  • To view the order information of activated services, click your account in the upper right corner, and choose Order Center > My Orders to view detailed order information such as the order type and source.
    You can search for orders by order No., device SN, product name, and creation time.
