Service Resilience

Huawei Cloud data centers are strategically deployed worldwide, with all sites fully operational and none idle. Each center serves as a backup for others—if one experiences a failure, the system automatically shifts customer applications and data to unaffected regions, ensuring business continuity while remaining compliant with regulations. To minimize disruptions caused by hardware failures, natural disasters, or other incidents, Huawei Cloud implements disaster recovery plans across all data centers.

OCR adopts a three-tier reliability architecture, leveraging cross-AZ disaster recovery, in-AZ instance redundancy, and health checks to ensure robust service availability.
