Scheduling a Meeting
- Password: Set a guest password. Guests need to enter it when joining the meeting.
- Waiting room: Enable Waiting room to filter out external members in the waiting room.
- Restrictions on participants: Allow only corporate users or invited users to join the meeting.
Quick Settings in Security at the Bottom Bar in a Meeting
- Locking a meeting: To prevent irrelevant personnel from a meeting, lock the meeting after all participants have joined.
- Waiting room: In the meeting, enable Waiting room and filter out external members in the waiting room.
- Sharing: Select Share screen to allow all participants to share content.
- Chats: Select Chat to allow all participants to chat freely. You can also configure Public only, Host only, and Disable chat in the Chats window.
- Local recording: Select Local recording to allow all PC client participants to record the meeting. You can grant local recording permissions to a specific participant in the participant list.
- Renaming: Select Rename to allow all participants to change their display names in the meeting.
Other Security Settings
- Removing a participant: When a stranger joins a meeting, you can remove them and forbid them from joining the meeting again.
- Screen watermarks: To protect the content to be shared, log in to the Management Platform as an enterprise administrator and choose Meetings > Meeting Settings in the navigation pane. On the Basic Meetings tab, choose In Meeting and enable Meeting watermark.
