Data Source Connection
When connecting DataArts Insight to a data source, you are advised to grant your account only the read-only permission on the data source to avoid data loss caused by misoperations and ensure data source security and integrity.
Data Export
DataArts Insight allows you to export data offline to your OBS buckets. DataArts Insight does not ensure the security of the data within your OBS buckets. It is your responsibility to protect this data.
Report Access
When accessing DataArts Insight from a region outside the Chinese mainland, be mindful of the risks associated with viewing report data from different sources and across regions. Make sure to implement appropriate security measures while accessing and processing the data.
Subscription
DataArts Insight will collect secrets and usernames of your instant messaging applications (such as Lark and DingTalk) and encrypt them for storage. To prevent data leaks, you can only search for all users in your business by name but cannot view the complete user list. You need to keep these secrets properly.
