Manually Renewing SA

You can renew your yearly/monthly SA on the SA console anytime as long as it is not deleted automatically.

Renewing a Subscription on the Console

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner of the page and choose Security & Compliance > Situation Awareness.
  3. Click Standard or Professional in the upper right corner. A window for you to manage SA assets will be displayed.
  4. In the displayed window, click Renew to go to the Renewals page.
  5. Locate the row containing the desired SA instance and click Renew.
  6. On the renewal page, select the renewal duration, for example, 1 year.
  7. (Optional) Set Renewal Date. By default, the renewal time is set to 23:59:59 GMT+08:00 on the first day of each month.
  8. Click Pay.

Renewing a Subscription in the Billing Center

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, choose Billing & Costs > Renewal. The Renewals page is displayed.
  3. On the Manual Renewals tab page, locate the SA instance you want to renew, click Renew in the Operation column.
  4. On the renewal page, select the renewal duration, for example, 1 year.
  5. (Optional) Set Renewal Date. By default, the renewal time is set to 23:59:59 GMT+08:00 on the first day of each month.
  6. Click Pay.
