Changing the Billing Mode

SA supports only the change from pay-per-use to yearly/monthly.

  • Pay-per-use is a postpaid billing mode. In this mode, your SA is billed by usage duration, and you can enable or disable the SA service at any time.
  • Yearly/Monthly is a prepaid billing mode. In this mode, your SA is billed based on required duration. This mode is more cost-effective than the pay-per-use mode and applicable when your resource usage period can be estimated.

If you plan to use SA for a long time, you can change the billing mode to yearly/monthly to save money.

Changing Billing Mode from Pay-per-Use to Yearly/Monthly

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner of the page and choose Security & Compliance > Situation Awareness.
  3. Click Professional in the upper right corner. The edition management window is displayed.
  4. On the page of the Asset Quota billed on a pay-per-use basis, click Change to Yearly/Monthly.
  5. Confirm the resource information and select the required duration.
  6. Click Pay to pay the order
