How to Buy

Log in to the ModelArts console. On the Overview page, click Buy Package. Purchase the required package.

Description

ModelArts offers various packages with different fees based on the selected resources. You can select packages of different specifications based on service requirements.

ModelArts provides packages for AI development lifecycle. For developers with AI development experience, it supports machine learning and deep learning algorithm development and deployment, including data processing, model development, training, and management, and model deployment.

Constraints

Constraints on buying and using packages are as follows:

  • A package can only be used in public resource pools in the region selected when the package was purchased. Only some regions are available.
  • The package you bought cannot be unsubscribed.
  • The resources in a pay-per-use package are public resources.
  • Packages cannot be used across regions. Resource packages in different regions are isolated. Select a region according to your requirements.

Resource Package Use Sequence

Your package quota is used first. Once it is used up, any additional usage will be billed on a pay-per-use basis. The quota defines the resources available from the purchase date until the package expires. Check the console for the package's validity period.

Plan your purchases based on your service needs (Total duration = Number of packages x Service duration per package).

As you use resources, the remaining duration is calculated by subtracting the total time consumed by all jobs (Time per job = Number of nodes x Job running time) from the total duration.

Package Usage Alerts

To avoid unexpected pay-per-use charges, set an alert for the remaining quota. This way, you will be notified before your package runs out. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Billing Center > Resource Packages and click Usage Alert in the upper right corner.
  2. In the Usage Alert dialog box, set the package threshold type, enable the target packages, and set the threshold type and remaining usage threshold.
  3. After the setting is complete, click OK.
