How Do I Unsubscribe from a CSS Cluster?

Unsubscribing from a Yearly/Monthly Cluster

1. Log in to the CSS management console.
2. In the navigation pane on the left, expand Clusters. Select a cluster type based on the target cluster. The cluster list is displayed.
3. In the cluster list, find the target cluster, and choose More > Unsubscribe/Release in the Operation column.
4. In the Unsubscribe Cluster dialog box, enter YES, and then click OK.
5. In the displayed dialog box, confirm the information and click Continue. On the Unsubscribe from Resource page, confirm the resource information and refund amount.
6. Select a reason for unsubscription, select the acknowledgement check boxes, and click Confirm.
7. In the displayed dialog box, confirm the refund amount, enter YES, and click OK.

   The unsubscribed cluster is no longer in the cluster list.

Deleting a Pay-per-Use Cluster

Deleting a pay-per-use cluster stops billing right away.

1. Log in to the CSS management console.
2. In the navigation pane on the left, expand Clusters. Select a cluster type based on the target cluster. The cluster list is displayed.
3. In the cluster list, find the target cluster, and choose More > Delete in the Operation column.
4. In the displayed dialog box, enter DELETE and click OK.

   The deleted cluster is no longer in the cluster list.
