Is OCR SDK a Paid Product?

No. OCR SDKs are available for free download, and charges are based on the number of successful API calls. Huawei Cloud OCR SDKs are fully open for you to download without any additional purchase required. Depending on your development needs, you can choose SDK versions compatible with mainstream programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, C++, Go, and .NET from the "SDK Reference" section in the official Huawei Cloud OCR documentation.

Note that while the SDK itself is free, OCR service fees are not based on SDK usage but on actual API call volume. Each successful recognition request made through the SDK counts toward billing, and charges are calculated according to Huawei Cloud OCR's pricing model—either through package or pay-per-use.
