How Do I Troubleshoot a Back-to-Source Failure?
If the back-to-source fails, perform the following steps:
- Check whether the origin server can be connected.
curl -I https://testexample.com/file/test.txtIf the back-to-source address is a private bucket address, ensure that you have the permission to access the bucket.
- Check the DNS resolution of the origin server domain name.
nslookup testexample.com - If the origin server uses HTTPS, check whether the HTTPS certificate is available (for example, whether it has expired).
- Analyze the problem based on the log files generated by the bucket. For details about bucket log files, see Using Logging to Record OBS Logs.
