Creating a User Group

This section describes how to create a user group.

Prerequisites

You have the operation permissions for the User module.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the CBH system.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose User > User Group to go to the user group list page.
  3. Click New. In the New UserGroup dialog box displayed, configure basic information about the group.

    User Groups

    Specifies user-defined user group name, which must be unique in a CBH system.

    Remarks

    (Optional) Provides supplementary information about the user group.

  4. Enter a user group name and descriptions in the Group and Remarks fields, respectively. The user group name in a CBH system must be unique.
  5. Click OK. You can then view the newly created user group in the user group list and add members to it. For details, see Adding Users to a User Group.
