Why Does My Unsubscription from ECS Fail After I Unsubscribe from MRS?

Check that the ECS ID is not used by an MRS cluster in use.
On the ECS console, find the ECS to be unsubscribed from and click Locked by MRS to unlock it.
Click Unsubscribe again.
If the unsubscription still fails, collect the ECS ID and contact Huawei Cloud technical support.
