How do I Configure Message Topics and Event Notifications?

Simple Message Notification (SMN) is an application service provided by . MPC leverages SMN to deliver event notifications. Supported events include Transcoding completed, Transcoding started, Snapshot captured, Packaging completed, and GIF created. Notifications can be delivered in template-based or JSON messages.
