What Can I Do If I Can't See a Bucket During Cloud Resource Authorization?
The list of buckets in your region is supposed to be displayed on the Cloud Resource Authorization page. If you do not see any buckets in list, perform the following steps to locate the fault.
- Check whether your desired bucket is in the region where you use MPC to transcode media files.
- Log in to the MPC console and check the MPC region.

- Switch to the OBS console and check the region of your desired bucket.
- Check whether the two regions are consistent.
If they are different, change the MPC region to the region of your desired bucket or create a bucket in the MPC region.
- Log in to the MPC console and check the MPC region.
- Log in to the OBS console and check whether there are buckets in the MPC region.
- If there are no buckets, create one. Then you will see the bucket on the Cloud Resource Authorization page.
- If there are buckets but they are not in the MPC region, contact submit a service ticket.
