The link between the AP and ME60 is torn down.
Procedure
- Check whether the Soft-GRE function is enabled on the VE interface of the Soft-GRE tunnel.
- Check whether the IP address is correctly configured on the loopback interface.
- Check whether the Soft-GRE group is bound to the VE interface and loopback interface.
- Check whether the ME60 can ping the AP.
- Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
