Impact on the System
If the stack interface is Up, service interfaces in the stack system increase. Services, however, are not interrupted.
If the stack interface is Down, the stack system recalculates the ring-breaking point, and then refreshes the forwarding entries. In this case, services are transiently interrupted and automatically recover after the forwarding entries are refreshed.
Possible Causes
1. The switch in the stack system was powered on.
2. The running switch was added to the stack system.
