When an Eth-Trunk interface functions as an outbound interface of VXLAN packets, IP address-based load balancing configured on the Eth-Trunk interface does not take effect for VXLAN packets.

Impact on the System
When an Eth-Trunk interface functions as an outbound interface of VXLAN packets, IP address-based load balancing configured on the Eth-Trunk interface does not take effect for VXLAN packets.
Possible Causes
When the Eth-Trunk interface functions as an outbound interface of VXLAN packets, it has IP address-based load balancing in common mode configured.
Procedure
- Clear the alarm through iMaster NCE-Campus.
- Clear the alarm through the CLI.
- Log in to iMaster NCE-Campus as a tenant administrator and choose from the main menu. Choose Site > CLI on the Site Configuration tab page.
- Run the load-balance {dst-mac} command on the Eth-Trunk interface to configure MAC address-based load balancing. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If so, go to Step 4.
- If not, go to Step 3.
- Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
- End.
- Clear the alarm through the controller web UI.
- Log in to iMaster NCE-Campus as a tenant administrator and choose from the main menu. On the Site Configuration tab page, choose .
- On the Select Interface page, select the device and Eth-Trunk interface to be configured.
- Expand Advanced and set Load balancing to Destination MAC Address.
- End
- Clear the alarm through the CLI.
- Clear the alarm through the device CLI.
- Run the load-balance {dst-mac} command on the Eth-Trunk interface to configure MAC address-based load balancing. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If so, go to Step 3.
- If not, go to Step 2.
- Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
- End.
- Run the load-balance {dst-mac} command on the Eth-Trunk interface to configure MAC address-based load balancing. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
