Impact on the System
The IPv6 service is unavailable in the VLANIF interface view.
Possible Causes
system resources are insufficient.
Procedure
- Adjust the usage of ACL resources.
Run the display acl resource command to check ACL resource information. Run the undo ipv6 enable command in the VLANIF interface view to disable the IPv6 function. Delete some unnecessary service configurations that occupy ACL resources to release the resources. Run the ipv6 enable command in the VLANIF interface view to enable the IPv6 function.
After completing the preceding operations, check whether the alarm is cleared. If yes, go to step 3; if no, go to step 2.
- Collect trap messages, log messages, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
