Description
WLAN/4/ROAM_STA_NUM_EXCEED_THRESHOLD:OID [OID] AP roam user number exceed threshold notify. (APMAC=[OPAQUE], RadioID=[INTEGER], APName=[OCTET], UserNum=[INTEGER], APID=[INTEGER])
The AP generates the alarm when the number of roaming users exceeds the alarm threshold.

Impact on the System
New users cannot roam to the AP.
Possible Causes
The number of roaming users on the AP exceeds the alarm threshold.
Procedure
- Run the uac client-number threshold threshold access access-threshold [ roam roam-threshold ] command in the radio profile view to increase the upper limit on the number of roaming users. Then, check whether the alarm persists.
- If so, go to Step 2.
- If not, go to Step 3.
- Collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and then contact the technical support personnel.
- End.
