WLAN/4/AP_REACH_MAX_USERS:OID [OID] AP has the max number of stations notify.(APMAC=[OPAQUE], APName=[STRING], FailCause=[INTEGER], PermitNum=[INTEGER], APID=[INTEGER])
The maximum number of STAs associated with the AP was reached.
