Impact on the System
- If a detection link reports this alarm when SPR is configured, the link may be unavailable.
- If a link sometimes reports this alarm, services may be switched normally.
- If a link frequently reports this alarm, link flapping occurs.
Possible Causes
- Traffic is switched between links.
- The link configuration is incorrect.
- The threshold configuration is incorrect.
- The link fails.
Procedure
- Run the display smart-policy-route link-state command to view the detection link status.
- Check whether the loss ratio is 1000. If yes, the link is faulty. Go to step 4.
- Check whether the delay, jitter, loss ratio, and CMI are correct. If yes, go to step 2.
- If the link status is not found, go to step 3.
- Run the display smart-service-profile service-map name command to view thresholds for link quality parameters.
- Check whether the link meets service requirements based on the link status. If link does not meet service requirements, services may be switched between links. Go to step 5.
- Check whether the thresholds for link quality parameters are correct. If the thresholds for link quality parameters are incorrect, set correct thresholds for link quality parameters.
- Run the set delay threshold threshold-value command to set the threshold for the delay.
- Run the set jitter threshold threshold-value command to set the threshold for the jitter.
- Run the set loss threshold threshold-value command to set the threshold for the loss ratio.
- Run the set cmi threshold threshold-value command to set the threshold for the CMI.
- Run the cmi-method cmi-method command to set the CMI formula.
Go to step 5.
- Run the display nqa results [ test-instance admin-name test-name ] command to check whether the NQA test instance type is jitter.
- If the NQA test instance type is jitter, the link is faulty. Go to step 4.
- If the NQA test instance type is not jitter, reconfigure an NQA test instance and detection link. Go to step 5.
- Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
- End.
