Possible Causes

Cause 1:

The tunnel interface goes down.

Cause 2:

The IPSec tunnel goes down.

Cause 3:

The APN status goes down.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the configuration is correct.

    Run the display interface brief command to check the status of the tunnel interface.

    • If the physical status of the interface is Down, check whether the link connected to the interface is normal. If not, rectify the fault.
    • If the link protocol status of the interface is Down, rectify the fault according to the actual cause.

  2. Check whether the IPSec tunnel is deleted.

  3. Check whether the status down of the Hub's NHRP mapping entry is caused by a normal operation.

    Run the display nhrp peer command to check the NHRP peer table.

  4. If a misoperation is performed, contact technical support personnel.

Clearing

After the certificate is deleted, the system clears this alarm, removing the need to manually clear it. This alarm will not be displayed on the Current Alarms page.
