Why Is My Account in Arrears?
In addition to the resources purchased on the resource purchase page, you also need to go to the Overview page (as shown in Figure 1) to check whether pay-per-use billing is enabled for any billing item. The Pay-per-use enabled corner mark in the upper right corner of a billing item card indicates that pay-per-use billing is enabled. Any resource usage that exceeds the package quota will be automatically billed on a pay-per-use basis.
