What Do I Do When a New Mobile Device Joins a Meeting and Experiences Abnormal Audio?
You can enable Automatically mute hard terminals except host after joining meetings. The procedure is as follows:
- Log in to the Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform as an enterprise administrator.
- Choose .
- On the Basic Settings tab page, click Edit.
- Select Automatically mute hard terminals except host after joining meetings and click OK.
