What Do I Do When a New Mobile Device Joins a Meeting and Experiences Abnormal Audio?

You can enable Automatically mute hard terminals except host after joining meetings. The procedure is as follows:

1. Log in to the Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform as an enterprise administrator.
2. Choose Meetings > Meeting Settings.
3. On the Basic Settings tab page, click Edit.
4. Select Automatically mute hard terminals except host after joining meetings and click OK.
