Why Does Referer Validation Not Take Effect?

Referer validation allows you to control access sources based on the referer field carried in an HTTP request. Therefore, this setting takes effect only when the HTTP-FLV protocol is used. If RTMP or HLS is used, referer validation does not take effect.
