Configuring a Mailbox

Choose Settings > Advanced > System > Mail to configure a sender email address. Then whiteboard files can be sent from this email address.

Saving Whiteboard Drawings Locally

Enable or disable Local storage under Settings > Advanced > Apps > Whiteboard > Local storage. When this function is enabled, you can save whiteboard drawings and annotations to a local folder of the IdeaHub.
