Creating a Meeting
- Activate the IdeaHub by scanning the QR code or using an activation code.
- Allocate a cloud meeting room to the IdeaHub as the enterprise administrator.
- Go to Huawei Cloud Meeting website, click Console, and enter the account and password of the enterprise administrator to log in.
- On the Huawei Cloud Meeting console, click Access Management Platform in the upper right corner.

- In the navigation pane of the Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform, choose Administrator > Enterprise Management > Cloud Meeting Rooms.
- On the Cloud Meeting Rooms page, locate a cloud meeting room and click Allocate in the Hard Terminal column.

- In the displayed dialog box, click the IdeaHub tab and select the target IdeaHub.

- Click OK.
- Create a meeting on the IdeaHub.
- Touch Meeting on the IdeaHub home screen.
- Touch Start meeting to start an instant meeting.
