How Can I Obtain the OBS Permission for Installing Packages?
To obtain packages from OBS, obtain an access credential first. Go to the Automation console, choose Settings > Access Credentials, and check whether there is an access credential. If no access credential is available, create one.
If you still do not have the OBS permission after creating an access credential, obtain the permission by referring to How Can I Control Access to OBS.
