Why Does a Configured Protection Rule Not Take Effect?

If the protection rule does not take effect, perform the following operations:

1. Choose Edge Security > Domain Names and check whether Mode is set to Enabled.

2. Choose Edge Security > Policies and check whether the configured rule is correct.

3. The priority of the global whitelist rule is higher than that of other rules. Check whether the request matches the global whitelist rule. If yes, the protection rule does not take effect.
