ID of the IPv6 Subnet Where a Load Balancer Is Deployed

It specifies the ID of the IPv6 subnet where a load balancer is deployed. IPv6 must be enabled for the subnet.

vpc_id, vip_subnet_cidr_id, and ipv6_vip_virsubnet_id cannot all be left blank. The subnet specified by vip_subnet_cidr_id and the subnet specified by ipv6_vip_virsubnet_id must be in the VPC specified by vpc_id.
