IPv6 Bandwidth ID of an EIP

It specifies the IPv6 bandwidth ID of the EIP bound to a dedicated load balancer and the ID of the bandwidth used by an IPv6 address. It is only available when you create or update a load balancer with a public IPv6 address. If you bind a new EIP to the load balancer and specify a shared bandwidth, this EIP will be added to the shared bandwidth.
