Secondary Node Eviction Rate

It specifies the number of nodes that pods are deleted from per second in a cluster when the AZ is unhealthy. The default value is 0.01, indicating that pods can be evicted from at most one node every 100 seconds. In small-scale clusters (with 50 nodes or fewer in the AZ), the value of this parameter is implicitly reset to 0.
