Billing Mode

CCE supports the following billing modes:

• Yearly/Monthly: a prepaid billing mode, where you pay in advance for a subscription term and receive a discounted rate. This mode is ideal when the resource use duration is predictable.
• Pay-per-use: a postpaid billing mode, suitable for scenarios where resources are billed based on usage frequency and duration. You can provision or delete resources at any time.

A pay-per-use cluster can be changed to a yearly/monthly cluster, but a yearly/monthly cluster cannot be changed to a pay-per-use one.

When changing the billing mode of a cluster to yearly/monthly, you can also change the billing mode of the worker nodes in the cluster to yearly/monthly. The configuration takes effect only after the order is paid. Perform the operations following instructions.
