Service access requests from outside China are sent to the AAD scrubbing center, then forwarded to your servers.

This line is applicable to scenarios where service servers are deployed in Asia Pacific (currently, Hong Kong and Singapore).

It is not recommended that this line be used for users in the Chinese mainland.
