Scenario Description
Customers can query their account balance at any time. If the balance is insufficient, they need to top up the account as soon as possible. In addition, they can check their expenditure quota. An expenditure quota is the maximum expenditure amount that a customer can spend each month on Huawei Cloud. It is not a payment method. Customers cannot use the quota for payment or as a basis for reconciliation or payment.

Development Suggestions
A customer can subscribe to and renew HUAWEI CLOUD services only when the account balance is sufficient. Therefore, the customer needs to top up its account in time to prevent the resources from being frozen or deleted.
