How Do I Transfer Permissions as a Project Administrator and Leave the Project?
Scenario
An administrator creates a project, and adds members to manage the project. How does the administrator transfer their permissions to avoid being counted as a billed member?
Solution
The administrator transfers their creator role to a project member and then leaves the project.
Procedure
- Go to the target project, and choose Settings > General > Basic Information.
- Click the Creator drop-down list to select a project member, and click Save.
- Choose Settings > Members from the navigation pane.
- Click the Member View tab, find your username in the list, and click
in the Operation column. In the displayed dialog box, confirm to leave the project.
Return to the CodeArts homepage. The project you have left is not displayed.
