What Can I Do If the Private Key File Is Lost?
Description
If the private key file is lost, you need to replace the key pair with a new one and use the new private key file to access the cloud phone.
Handling Method
The following describes how to replace the key pair. Ensure that you have created a key pair on the ECS console and downloaded the private key file of the key pair to your local PC.
- Log in to the management console.
- On the Service List page, choose Compute > Cloud Phone Host.
The CPH console is displayed.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Servers.
- Locate the target server and choose More > Change Key Pair in the Operation column.
- On the displayed Change Key Pair dialog box, select a new key pair and click OK.
Wait a few minutes for the new key pair to take effect.
