Why Does the Amortized Cost for the Most Recent Day in the Current Month Increase Unexpectedly?
The possible causes are as follows:
- If a resource package is in use and is set to expire on the most recent day of the current month, Cost Center will show the amortized amount for the remaining package usage on that final day of the validity period.
- If a resource package is in use and is set to expire on a day other than the most recent day of the current month, Cost Center will show the amortized amount for the remaining package usage (bill type: Expenditure-resource package used) on the most recent day of the current month. After your bill for the current month is generated, the amortized amount for any remaining package usage will automatically roll over to the next billing cycle until the resource package expires.
