Start the Sonarqube Service Failed

Symptom

A task checked by the sonarqube engine fails. The log contains "failed to check alive interface, SonarQube service not alive".

Cause Analysis

The cluster node may be suspended during elasticSearch initialization.

Solution

1. Log in to the executor where the check task is executed as the root user.
2. Run the cd command to access the actual tool directory.
3. Delete the sonarData, sonarLogs, and sonarTemp folders from the secsolar/tools/sonarqube_webservice897/ directory in the tool directory.
