Why Are Unreached Cloud Services Displayed on the Cloud Eye Console?

When you select cloud services, you'll see all those interconnected with Cloud Eye. Choose the cloud services available at your site. Table 1 lists related functions.

Applied Scenario

Creating an Alarm Rule

On the Create Alarm Rule page, if you set Alarm Type to Event and Event Type to System event, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye in the event source list.

One-Click Monitoring

On the one-click monitoring page, you can see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye.

Alarm Masking

On the Create Alarm Masking page, if you set Masked By to Event, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye in the event source list.

Resource Groups

On the Create Resource Group page, if Add Resources is set to Automatically, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye in the cloud product list.

On the Create Resource Group page, if you set Add Resources to Automatically and Resource Level to Specific dimension and click View monitored dimensions, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye on the Types of Resources That Can Be Added Automatically page.

On the Create Resource Group page, if you set Add Resources to Manually and Resource Level to Cloud product, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye in the cloud product list.

On the Create Resource Group page, if you set Add Resources to Manually and Resource Level to Specific dimension, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye in the resource selection list.

Alarm Templates

On the Create a Custom Alarm or Event Template page, if you click Add Resource Types, you will see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye in the resource type list.

In the default alarm or event template list, you can see all cloud services interconnected with Cloud Eye.
