What Should I Do If the Downloaded SSL Certificate Is Empty?

Problem Description

After a certificate is downloaded from SCM, the downloaded certificate file is empty.

Possible Causes

Due to compatibility issues between some Windows default compression tools and SCM, downloaded certificate files may fail to decompress, resulting in empty content.

Solution

Use other decompression software to decompress the file and check whether the certificate file content can be extracted.
