Why Is a Message Displayed Indicating That My Account Is In Arrears Even If My Account Has Balance?

Symptom

When the account is reset and has balance, CCI displays a message indicating that the account is in arrears during namespace creation.

Solution

Log out and log in again, or clear the browser cache. Then, try to create a namespace again.
