Notice on the Unavailability of VOD Functions for Restricted Accounts

Users with restricted accounts are unable to purchase or use any VOD functions. This includes, but is not limited to: media asset upload, URL-based ingestion, media asset publishing, video snapshot management, and media asset transcoding.
